Heavy duty barrier coatings & linings manufactured under licence to Akzo Nobel. Key products include vinyl ester based FLAKELINE and CEILCRETE.
Armaline Range
Featuring barrier technology providing an armour like barrier of fillers and flakes in a chemically resistant resin base. Thicknesses from 0.5mm to over 5mm in thickness. Application from one step to multi-step reinforced with glass fabric reinforcement. Moisture tolerant epoxy range for fast turnaround in shutdowns. Gripcoat safety flooring for walkways and plant areas.
Armabond Putty
Vinyl ester based structural fibreglass putty especially designed for use in bonding fibreglass components. Fast curing, from 30 minutes down to minutes with a heat gun.
ArmaGrout
Range of epoxy and vinyl ester polymer grouts for machinery foundations where maintaining alignment is essential. Used on compressors, turbines, pumps, fans, etc.
FRP Liner
Pre-made fibreglass liner for inserting into deteriorated concrete manholes and pump stations. The annulus between the concrete and the fibreglass is grouted and sealed with flowable cement grout. Restores strength and provides corrosion resistant finish with a design life of 50 years plus.
