Fibreglass products for handling corrosive gases and fluids. Ducting, dampers, tank covers, hoods, stacks, pipes, sewers, tanks, sumps, manholes, pump stations, flumes, clarifier accessories, and vortex dropper formers. Contact moulded for maximum chemical resistance. Designed and manufactured in New Zealand to international standards.

Pipe & Fittings
Fibreglass pipes and fittings: swept elbows, flanges, tees, wyes, reducers, blanks etc. Pressures to 10 bar (150 psi). Pipe for buried installation in stiffness options to SN10,000.

Ducting Systems
Air collection systems: ducts to more then 2 metres in diameter, swept and mitred bends, tees, reducers, dampers etc. Stacks to achieve maximum dispersion of discharge.

Covers & Hoods
For tanks, conveyors etc. to contain and collect gases. Individually designed for each application. Segmented or with removable sections to service equipment beneath.

Marine Exhaust Tube
Fibreglass marine exhaust tubing, bends, tees, flanges, reducers, silencers and other acessories. WHISPAPIPE complete with acoustic insulation factory fitted.

Tanks
Fibreglass tanks with diameters to 4000mm. Engineered to international standards and NZ seismic design standards. Standard design is vertical tank with flat bottom and domed roof.

Manhole/ Sumps
Factory made manholes ready to place directly in the ground in chemical and municipal sewers. Standard popular diameters are 760, 910, 1070, 1220 and 1480 mm diameter.

Pump Stations
Pumping stations supplied complete fibreglass unit with inlets, outlets, pump rails, pumps, access ladders, electrics, etc as required. Place in the ground, connect pipes and backfill.

Flumes
Trapezoidal (compact, flat bottom, low flows), Parshall (large flows), and Palmer Bowlus (compact, wide flow range). Often supplied complete with manhole.

Vortex Dropper Formers
Fibreglass formers to lead wastewater into a drop pipe to a pump station or large manhole. Turns and swirls flow for better performance.

Stacks
Fibreglass stacks are the final discharge point after any air pollution control project.
