Armaline Range
Armaline® epoxy coatings feature a chemical resistant epoxy resin base with “Barrier Technology” to protect concrete and steel surfaces from aggressive chemicals. This can result in a coating life in the range of 10 to 20 years, even in immersion service.
Armaline® 1120
Flake filled epoxy coating applied to concrete and steel by brush, roller or spray to a nominal thickness of 0.5 to 1.0 mm. Moisture tolerant formulation that will bond to a damp substrate and cure underwater. Used in immersion and non-immersion duty. Special resistance to high strength acids. Widely used in wastewater manholes, and for general corrosion protection.
Armaline® 1730
Flake filled epoxy coating applied to concrete and steel by brush, roller or spray to a nominal thickness of 1.0 mm. Moisture tolerant formulation that will bond to a damp substrate and cure underwater. Used in immersion and non-immersion duty. Special resistance to high strength acids, and temperatures approaching boiling. Widely used in wastewater manholes, and concentrated sulphuric acid bunds.
Armaline® 2000 Series
Flake filled and glass reinforced epoxy lining applied to concrete and steel by trowel to a nominal thickness of 2.0 mm, in a moisture tolerant formulation. Used in immersion and non-immersion duty. Widely used in tanks, and chemical process areas. The finished surface can be smooth or slip resistant.
Armaline® 3000 Series
Flake filled and glass reinforced heavy duty epoxy lining applied to concrete by trowel to a nominal thickness of 3.0 mm, in a moisture tolerant formulation. Used in immersion and non-immersion duty. Widely used in tanks, and chemical process areas. The finished surface can be smooth or slip resistant.
